Yoga has brought so much joy into her life she decided to share it with the community. For the last 7 years she has taught a free yoga class at Legion Park. Anywhere from 50-100+ people come to practice under the oaks on Saturdays from 10-11am.

Anamargret’s classes are strong, fun, compassionate and create the space for students to shine in their own light. One of the biggest joys in her life is her little sister Chandline who has taught her how to smile from the heart.

Christine Bower

Christine began her yoga journey in the late 90’s when she and her mom, a former professional dancer and gymnast, began a regular yoga practice together.  Their Saturday ritual of a power yoga class went on for over a decade.  Early on, Christine realized that a once-a-week practice was not enough. She began to explore a variety of yoga styles and traditions.  Her primary motivators have been Bryan Kest and Baron Baptiste.  During the summer of 2013, Christine discovered Daily Offering Yoga and Anamargret, and made the decision to complete their 200 HR Teacher Training Program. She wanted to deepen her personal yoga and meditation practice while learning more about the history and philosophy of yoga. Christine’s goal is to assist others in enlivening their bodies while calming their minds.

Delphine Lefebvre

Delphine’s love for playing & laughing within nature began when she was a little girl, building tree-houses with her sister and neighbors in the fields of her childhood hometown. Born and raised on the seaside of the French coast, she started to work with children at the age of 16 as an activity leader in summer camps and then continued her way into Progressive Education. She worked as a socio-cultural Educator & Coordinator living amazing adventures, creating and running intercultural & intergenerational projects in France, England, Africa, Peru and Bolivia. It’s in Miami that Delphine really started opening her heart to health & wellness practices. “Yoga is one of those wonderful miracles of life that came by magic into my world 5 years ago, just when I needed it most”. In June 2012, she flew to Hawaii for her 200H Yoga Teacher Training and came back totally transformed by the whole experience. With a deep interest in co-creating mindful activities for children she passed the Karma Kids Yoga Certification in 2013. Yoga became her ‘each moment’ discipline, learning to breathe, to trust the divine within and all around, and love it all, reconnect to her essence and better serve everyone she’s blessed to meet on the path.
