Christine began her yoga journey in the late 90’s when she and her mom, a former professional dancer and gymnast, began a regular yoga practice together. Their Saturday ritual of a power yoga class went on for over a decade.
Early on, Christine realized that a once-a-week practice was not enough. She began to explore a variety of yoga styles and traditions. Her primary motivators have been Bryan Kest and Baron Baptiste.
During the summer of 2013, Christine discovered Daily Offering Yoga and Anamargret, and made the decision to complete their 200 HR Teacher Training Program. She wanted to deepen her personal yoga and meditation practice while learning more about the history and philosophy of yoga. Christine’s goal is to assist others in learning how yoga can enliven their bodies while calming their minds.
